The All-New Platform
HALO's online product catalog failed to satisfy customers and sales representatives year after year. Poor user experience and data inconsistency lead to missed opportunities and frustration. An entirely new modern, scalable, and fast platform was created using Next.js, PlanetScale, AWS Amplify, and more. A custom backend content management system was also created using Vercel and Auth0.
This overhaul led to a 35% boost in web vitals performance and an 86% increase in leads. Since the platform was built to scale, HALO is now looking for opportunities to expand the platform offering to large scale enterprise clients.
Empowering Users To Find Products Fast
The user interface was carefully designed to optimize the speed and convenience in which customers can find products. An Instant Search was implemented where relevant results are produced in less than a second. Combined with the speed of Next.js, users could add items to their quote and contact HALO within minutes by way of the "Add To Quote" flow.
This new website gives HALO an advantage over their competitors. While numerous promotional product websites cling to outdated frameworks, often compromising user-friendliness for customers, HALO embraces a cutting-edge edge that sets it apart.
